I offer individual psychotherapy for people working with perfectionism, burnout, and addiction, as well as ADHD, anxiety, depression, and questions of identity and belonging.

Therapy is conversational, but also experiential. We don’t only talk about your life — we pay attention to how you are experiencing yourself and how you are relating in the moment, including in relation to me. At times, I may invite attention to what is happening as we speak: shifts in your body, changes in tone or posture, shifts in feeling, and what is taking place both internally and between us. This is not to change anything directly, but to better understand how your experience is being formed.

Over time, this work can support a way of relating to yourself and others that feels more flexible, grounded, and sustainable.

Structure & Insurance

I typically meet with individuals for 45-minute weekly sessions. At this time, I do not offer bi-weekly (every-other-week) appointments. We can discuss your specific needs and preferences during a brief consultation call to determine if we’re a good fit.

I am currently an out-of-network provider, with the exception of students enrolled in the New School Student Health Insurance Plan. If you plan to use out-of-network benefits, I recommend contacting your insurance company to inquire about your deductible and reimbursement rates. I provide a monthly superbill (itemized invoice) that you can submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement.

Fee & Cancellation policy

My current fee for a 45-minute individual therapy session is $230.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you contact me within 48 hours, I’ll do my best to find another time that same week. If we’re unable to reschedule, the full session fee will apply. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
